Take A Break Guarantee

Liquidsands stands behind the quality and strength of our borosilicate glass bottles with our Take-A-Break-Guarantee. If your bottle breaks whilst in it's protective sleeve within the first 90 days we will replace it for free - yes free.

NOTE: The guarantee applies to standard everyday usage, knocks and drops. We will require from you a written description on our Take-A-Break section on the website and an email with photo evidence of the broken bottle in the sleeve to hello@liquidsands.com.au before a replacement bottle can be sent.

The guarantee is for the glass bottle only and does not include replacement lids.

*Only one claim can be made per order per customer within the 90-day warranty period and freight charges for the replacement bottle will apply.
